Reservations must be secured with a credit card deposit of the first and last night's room and tax, which will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received 15 days prior to arrival date. A limited number of suites are available at package rates. Packages are not available during holiday and seasonal periods as specified by The Colony. Some periods are subject to minimum stay requirements. Package rates are subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Resort Tax. Rates for packages are subject to change without prior notice. Some restrictions may apply. Rates are based on maximum occupancy by two adults in a one-bedroom suite (four persons total with children) and by four adults in a two-bedroom suite (six persons total with children). Children under 18 stay free when sharing suite with adults.
